STEP 1

Your hotel is NOT located in the Historic District

or

you left your ship and already reached the Historic District

so you would prefer to meet our guide there.

Here are 2 easy-to-find meeting points!

Lower Town

MUSÉE DE LA CIVILISATION

Our guide will be outside, near the front door at 85 Dalhousie Street

(not St-Pierre Street where the back door is located)

You are looking for a (covered) parking lot? There is one across the street!

Upper Town

SAMUEL-DE-CHAMPLAIN MONUMENT

Our guide will wait at the back of the monument located near Le Château Frontenac,

UNESCO Monument and Places d’Armes, at the eastern end of Rue Saint-Louis.

STEP 4

FOR SHIPS DOCKING at PIER 30

Our guide will meet you at the Bassin Louise LOCK (3) (see MAP 2)

near the edge of the Historic District.

The Port of Québec provides shuttles that run continuously

between TERMINAL 2 and the LOCK

to help visitors leave the industrial zone safely.

From drop-off / pick-up point (sh), visitors walk and then cross

the lock bridge when lock is closed.

Note: the Port of Québec does not provide detailed information on shuttle schedule.

STEP 5

FOR SHIPS DOCKING at PIER 93

After you leave the ship, head to a nearby zone reserved for taxis, Uber and tour guides.

Our guide will meet you there.
